Victoria Lichtenberger, MPS, CMC, CDP

Founder, Advanced Aging Life Care Professional

Victoria Lichtenberger has her undergraduate degree in in Psychology and a Master's degree in Professional Studies with a concentration in Geriatric Care Management. She is an Advanced Certified Aging Life Care Manager (CMC) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). As a long standing member of the Aging Life Care Association, Victoria has met stringent education, experience and certification requirements and adheres to a strict code of ethics and standards of practice. Victoria brings over two decades of experience in working with clients and families affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.

Dedicated to being a resource in the community at large, Victoria enjoys facilitating a caregiver support group and presenting on a variety topics related to caregiving and aging well.

Victoria is married to her wonderful husband and has two amazing daughters and a darling cockapoo named Bella. Victoria balances her passion for helping others with spending time with her family, traveling, and cooking.

Stacy Flemming, MHA, CTRS

Associate Care Manager

Stacy Flemming began her career as a Licensed Recreational Therapist and Memory Care Coordinator for a Continuing Care Retirement Community here in Charlotte, providing support and activity programming services to individuals in the many stages of Alzheimer's disease and related dementia's. In addition to daily programming, Stacy specialized in improving the overall environment within the skilled nursing unit, improved staff education and training and led a support group for families and the surrounding community. 

Stacy moved on to receive her Masters in Healthcare Administration and now serves as an Associate Care Manager for ElderSource. Her work experience has shown her the importance of human connections when supporting clients and their families. In her free time she spends time with her family, gardening, reading and cooking.
