Victoria Lichtenberger, MPS, CMC, CDP
Victoria Lichtenberger founded ElderSource in 1996 to provide thoughtful and personalized care management, advocacy and coaching services to help individuals address the challenges and concerns of aging.
ElderSource is an Aging Life Care™ Management practice that strives to bring peace of mind to families by directly improving the quality of life for aging family members and by providing consultation and coaching services for their families.
Victoria has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Masters of Professional Studies in Geriatric Care Management. She is an Advanced Certified Aging Life Care Manager (CMC) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). As a long standing member of the Aging Life Care Association, Victoria has met stringent education, experience and certification requirements and adheres to a strict code of ethics and standards of practice. Victoria brings over two decades of experience in working with clients and families affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.
Dedicated to being a resource in the community at large, Victoria enjoys facilitating a caregiver support group and presenting on a variety topics related to caregiving and aging well.
Victoria is married to her wonderful husband and has two amazing daughters and a darling cockapoo named Bella. Victoria balances her passion for helping others with spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, reading and gardening.
